LUIGI VS TOADETTE

The caterpillar's colour turned to a normal orange, showing he was calmer now. Sounds like the Koopaling was getting reasonable.


-"Good girl... Let's pair up then. I will let you smell it if we manage to find it!"

He started to walk again, waiting for Wendy to follow him.

"Fair enough." She does a little evil laugh, hiding her behind her arm and followed him, looking way less agressive than before. "Do you know where that flower is?"

He tilted his head, thinking about it and shrugged.


"Not really, but that desert shouldn't be that big!!... Or maybe it is?"

"Trust me i've already been here and it IS that big!" She answered, looking at the desert in an annoyed tone. "We have to check every place... WHERE have you already been while searching the flower?" She sounded a bit angry as usual but it was especially because she was determined.

Wriggler looked up a bit, rubbing his chin with his gloves.


-"Mmh... I have checked places with sand... They all look similar, maybe I checked the same place twice, teehee..."

"Yeah yeah this will get us nowhere.. What if we split?" She asked to him.

-"Oh yes maybe we...


He frowned and looked down at her.


-"Oooh I see you coming... We split, you find it and run away with it! No way. You stay with me."



He crosses his arms and walked away, pouting, expecting her to obey.

"Ooooooh why would i do such a thiiiing?"

She walks around tryed to look so innocent it was even funny, holding her wand with two hands.

Wiggler kept trotting, closing his eyes innocently. He believed Wendy innocently, without even noticing the irony in her voice.


-"I knew you weren't that bad! We should find a way to remember which place we visit. Mmh, can your little wand be any useful for us?"

"My wand?" She said in a surprised manner.

She thinks a moment, her wand wasn't capable of doing more than shooting rings and blue fireballs, not something that could help us very well... Then, she fires a big blue fireball on the ground with it, letting a big mark in the sand.

"Here! A way to mark where we have searched already! But you? Do you have something to mark as well?"

He looked at the mark on the floor and clapped his hands.


-"Yay!! Amazing! Me? Not really, but why would I need one? We are a team now, remember? So be a good girl and mark the sand from time to time while we are walking."


Wiggler smiled and turned his back at the koopaling, trusting her to follow nicely and mark the ground every now and then.

"Okay.. Seems like a good plan!"

She follows him, while marking the ground, looking for the flower as well. She tries to think about a clever plan.

Wiggler startled a bit and chuckled.


-"Oh don't worry it's okay really..."


He then realised what he just said and opened his eyes.


-"Wait, what? What flower are you after?!"

"Well, it is MY- I mean HIS flower so you should not be in our way!"
Wendy answered in a really straightfoward way

Things started to get pretty serious. Too many people wanted this flower and he didn't like the idea. He grabbed the shyguy and raised him up.

-"Listen dear, as she just said, it's our flower. So just forget about it, you have no choice..."


He had a closer look at the shyguy as he was raising him close to his face.


-"Wait! You don't even have a nose to enjoy the magical scent of that flower! THAT WOULD BE SUCH A WASTE! Why do you even want one?"

Wendy sighed, it was too "innocent" and "naive" for her.
"You really wanna waste a flower for that?"

-"Plus, what crush? I don't even think female Shy Guy exist... Never heard of Shy Girls. Or maybe are you a Shy Gay? Oh that is such a good pun!!!"


He started to laugh at his own joke, shaking his arms and releasing the Shy Guy on the floor.

She laughs as well of that pun.

"I have to admit, that was a good one!"

After a few seconds he stopped laughing as he realised the creature was running away, but the Shy Guy sadly ran way quicker than him. He may have a lot of legs, it wasn't making him any faster! He tried to follow him but gave up quickly.


-"Oh no... Well, I hope he got so scared he gave up on the idea!"


He turned around and looked at Wendy


-"So where are we off to now, dear?"

She doesn't even noticed he was running away since she was still laughing but she finally stopped when Wiggler started to talk and answered.
"Well..." She looks around her and point somewhere. "Around here we haven't marked, we should go here!"

He laughed a bit nervously and followed her, with trust.


-"Oh ho ho maybe you should lead the way then, I was going to go back on our tracks. Looks like I am not the best for remembering places! I'm a caterpillar, not an elephant.... Ahum I don't mean you are an elephant, of course not! I'm just findinf excuses..."


He blushed a bit as he didn't want to make the Koopaling angry. She had a wand.

She looks at him a bit annoyed but started to walk away

"Yeah whatever.. Anyway let's go here!"

She walks around, trying to find that flower while marking the ground. After a long while, she started to be surronded of marks.

"Oh well I have NO idea where to go now..."
